ARGONAVIS from BanG Dream! Animation Latest PV Announces April 10 Premiere in Japan

 

 

The official website for ARGONAVIS from BanG Dream! ANIMATION, the upcoming TV anime series from the boys band-featured spin-off series to Bushiroad's mixed-media franchise BanG Dream!, opened on January 28 and posted an 85-second new PV to announce its premiere on April 10, 2020. it will be aired on MBS/TBS' midnight programming block "SuperAnimeism" every Friday at 25:25. 

 

Hiroshi Nishikiori (A Certain Magical Index) is attached to direct at Sanjigen, the studio previously worked on the music video for Argonavis' first single song "Goal Line" released in February 2019. Nobuhiro Mouri (Uchu Sentai Kyuranger) serves as the series composition writer/screenplay writer.

 

 

 

 

Also, the band Argonavis' third single "Hoshi ga Hajimaru" (A Star Begins) will be featured as the anime's OP theme. The song is set to be released on April 29, 2020.

 

 


 

 

As the first boys band from Bang Dream!, Argonavis was introduced in May 2018, and started their actual activities in December of the year. In the story, the band was formed by five university students in Hakodate-city, Hokkaido. Same as the girls bands in BanG Dream!, the five voice cast actually play their instruments on the stage as a rock band.
