Spike Chunsoft Announces Chaos;Head Noah Release On Steam Canceled

  Video game publisher Spike Chunsoft has released a statement to press announcing that its long-planned release of  Chaos;Head Noah on Steam  has been canceled due to the insistence of the platform on 'guideline related changes' being made to the game that the publisher felt would compromise the game itself. Because of this, Spike Chunsoft is exploring the possibility of releasing the PC version of the game on alternative storefronts.   Saitama City is bringing one of its local industries to Tokyo this November with the help of the  My Dress-Up Darling  anime. Saitama doll maker Suzuki Ningyo was the inspiration behind the Gojo doll shop in the anime and manga, which saw massive sales increases during the airing of the anime, helping to re-popularize the craft. 172 2.5-Dimensional Musicals Performed in 2021, Up 262% in Attendance

    Japan 2.5-Dimensional Musical Association has announced the number of 2.5-dimensional musicals (musical theatre production based on Japanese manga, anime and video games) performed in Japan in 2021 and the total number of audiences for the year. The survey was conducted in conjunction with the Pia Research Institute.   In March 2022, the Association celebrated its ninth year and currently has 71 members (seven special company members, 58 corporate members, and six individual members).   According to the report, a total of 172 2.5-diemnsional musical were performed in 2021 and the total annual attendance was 2.33 million, both significantly higher than in 2020 (169% up from 102 productions and 262% up from 890,000 audiences).     The official website for the TV anime adaptation of of Itaru Bonnoki's comedy manga The Vampire Dies in No Time announced today that voice actor Jun Fukuyama and TRD , a technologic vocal unit formed by Takayuki Kondo and Daisuke Ono , will perform the theme songs for its forthcoming second season.
