Image via Amazon Prime Japan   The online version of the EVANGELION STORE announced on its website yesterday the website has had a data breach, with 17,828 credit card numbers leaked , passwords stolen, and more identifiable information revealed from the period of June 8, 2020, to June 30, 2021.   The online store was first alerted to the breach by the credit card companies themselves on July 12, 2021, and subsequently removed the ability to pay by card that same day. The EVANGELION STORE online is currently offline due to the issues, with no announcement for when it'll come back online.   After Groundworks, who operates this Evangelion  store, was told of the issue, they hired a third-party company to investigate how it happened, as well as who was affected. The store apologized for how long it took to announce the breach but wanted to wait for the investigations to be over from the third-party company as well as the credit card companies.     The official YouTube channel for Bushiroad's mixed-media franchise BanG Dream! has posted an anime music video for "Introduction," written and composed by Ayase ( YOASOBI composer) for "Poppin'Party x Ayase," the franchise's first artist collaboration project. The song was also digitally released at the same time.   This anime music video is full of Poppin'Party members' daily life as a high school girls, which are different from their usual visuals so far. The character designs were newly drawn based on the images of the song.   Ayase says of the song," I've provided a song called 'Introduction' to Poppin'Party. There are fun times and hard times. The song is filled with the wish that their such daily lives would shine even brighter," and adds his thought on the anime MV, "I thought it was wonderful that the video depicted the casual daily life of the Poppin'Party members, which I had imagined

At the end of the last episode of  Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba  Mugen Train Arc on Sunday, the "next episode preview" was none other than a new trailer for the upcoming  Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba  Entertainment District Arc , which is set to premiere on December 5.     avex pictures' official YouTube channel has started steaming a seven and half minute digest of the "Welcome to Pri☆Chan Land!" concert held at Nakano Sunplaza in Tokyo on August 22, 2021.   It was the first solo concert with the audience for the voice actresses of the Kiratto Pri☆Chan anime franchise, because their first solo concert "Hello! Pri☆Chan World" was held without the audience due to the COVID-19 pandemic on July 18, 2020, and streamed online only.   The concert was held under the precautionary measures against infectious diseases: no one was allowed to stand up and no one was allowed to let out their voices.   This year's winners of the Hochi Film Awards, which are sponsored by the Hochi Shimbun organization and presented by Sports Hochi, were unveiled this morning announcing that Ayumu Watanabe 's latest anime film,  Fortune Favors Lady Nikuko won the "Best Animated Film" award while  Takuya Kimura , who is best known as the voice and likeness for Yagami in the Judgment video game series, won "Best Actor" for his latest film  Masquerade Night .   The lead producer on  Fortune Favors Lady Nikuko , Japanese comedian Sanma Akashiya , said that the film and the award "doesn't belong to him" but instead belong to "director Watanabe and Studio 4℃." According to  Akashiya , he just "assisted" on the film. Director  Watanabe said that she was "glad" she made the movie.   Other winners today include the latest James Bond film No Time to Die as Best Foreign Picture, while  In the Wake won Best Picture overall. Mei N

Over the past couple of days, sites like Game Rant , which we first saw surface these stats, have been keeping an eye on how Steam users are spending their time by comparing two disparate but new titles from the month of November. One is a humble farming sim, while the other is a blockbuster multiplayer shooter. Which would you guess more people are playing on the platform just weeks after launch? As of 6:30 p.m. on November 30, Farming Simulator 22 was beating Battlefield 2042 in concurrent Steam users. That's a bit of a surprise, yeah? In the image above (captured from Steam's own data you can see here ), the numbers on the left represent current active players for each game, while the numbers on the right are total players for the day.     As reported, an original short anime "Massara" ( Whole New ) inspired by Ikimonogakari singer Kiyoe Yoshioka 's first original solo song of the same name was posted on Ikimonogakari's official YouTube channel last night. And it was revealed that Yoshioka voiced one of its two protagonists, Nazuna, by herself. She previously made a guest voice appearance as Eevee in the 2013 film Pokémon the Movie: Genesect and the Legend Awakened , and this is the first time for her to play the lead role in an anime film.   Popular voice actress  Kana Hanazawa (Kuroneko in Oreimo , Mitsuri Kanroji in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba ) is also cast as another protagonist girl, Yuna.   The anime's story centers on a singer-songwriter, Nazuna, who is about to stop chasing her dream, and a very shy girl, Yuna.     The official website for the Space Battleship Yamato anime franchise has released a 40-second new teaser trailer for - STASHA- , the second and final part of Space Battleship Yamato 2205: The New Voyage .   The trailer was screened in theaters after the first part -TAKE OFF- , which was released in Japan on October 8, 2021, and also was included in its DVD/Blu-ray as a bonus footage. It contains important scenes and dialogues, such as Stasha's "It's time to tell the truth," which foreshadows the story's heartbreaking climax.   Space Battleship Yamato 2205 2nd Part -STASHA- is set to be screened in 36 theaters in Japan from February 4, 2022. As its title suggests, it is set three years after Space Battleship Yamato 2202: Warriors of Love . While its story is based on the original 1979 TV special Space Battle Ship Yamato: The New Voyage , some of the main charcaters from the 1980-1981 TV series Space Battleship Yamato III  are confirmed to appear.

A new Starfield trailer today takes a bit of a different approach compared to the traditional sizzle reel or gameplay blast. Instead, you can take a look at Starfield in a very different fashion, with a behind-the-scenes look with game director Todd Howard, studio director Angela Browder, and art director Matt Carofano. It’s more of a micro look at Bethesda’s approach to their games, their stories, and their open worlds. It’s more of a conversational approach than a lot of game trailers, but it looks like it’s simply setting the stage for lots more to come regarding Starfield. Check out the full video right here. Media Molecule has announced Ancient Dangers: A Bat’s Tale, a new playable game the studio made in its 2019 creation game, Dreams.   The game seems to be centered on two dungeon-crawling protagonists who must battle “hideous monsters” and solve “fiendish puzzles” to advance through Ancient Danger’s medieval setting. There is, of course, loot and wealth to be found throughout each of these dungeons, and there seems to be a cute bat at the center of its story, as the name alludes to.  Click here to watch embedded media As you can see in the trailer above, Ancient Dangers looks quite great and it’s tough to picture it as a game made inside Dreams, which is itself a game. Rockstar Games has a couple of updates for its recently released collection of Grand Theft Auto games from the PS2/Xbox era. First, the physical editions are being delayed, but only by ten days. A tweet from the company announced the change in date on Twitter, saying you can get your actual mitts on Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition on December 17 instead of the originally planned December 7. The release dates for the physical versions of Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition have changed. Xbox Series X / Xbox One and PS4 will now release on December 17.   After less than a year, it's almost time to bid farewell to "chain combo x novel RPG" BlazBlue Alternative: Dark War . The mobile game first launched on iOS and Android devices in Japan on February 16, 2021, and Arc System Works and developer Linked Brain announced plans to end service on January 31, 2022 .    All told, nearly one million users downloaded the game, which is a spinoff of Arc System Works's fighting game series BlazBlue . The official reason for ending service has to do with the difficulty to "ensure quality service going forward."    As of today, there are no more in-app purchases in BlazBlue Alternative: Dark War .   Some cool news for fans of tokusatsu films: Maito Fujioka, the eldest son of actor Hiroshi Fujioka, will be taking over his father's role as Takeshi Hongo / Kamen Rider #1 for the scenes set in 1971 in the upcoming Kamen Rider Beyond Generations films.   When offered the role, Maito Fujioka noted he felt an obligation to perform it, and he also stated that he received advice directly from his father and also did his own research to prepare for the role.     Kamen Rider Beyond Generations spans 100 years of superheroics from 1971 (the debut of the original Kamen Rider TV series) through the present of 2021 with Kamen Rider Revice and Kamen Rider Saber and all the way to the far future year of 2071.
