TV Anime Requiem of the Rose King Gets Premiere Date of January 9, 2022

    The official website for the forthcoming TV anime adaptation of Aya Kanno's dark fantasy historical drama manga Baraou no Souretsu / Requiem of the Rose King announced today that it is set to premiere on TOKYO MX, Sun TV, and KBS Kyoto on January 9, 2022, then on BS11 two days later. Aina Suzuki Dressed in A Gothic Costume in Her MV "WONDER MAP"

    The official YouTube channel for voice actress Aina Suzuki has started streaming a full music video for "WONDER MAP," the lead track from her second original album "Belle révolte."  The clip consists of her intense singing performance in a gothic costumes, which is a big departure from her previous image of cuteness and elegance. BEASTARS Manga Roars With 7.5 Million Copies Printed and Sold

  Even though BEASTARS may have left the pages of  Weekly Shonen Champion  over a year ago, the  Paru Itagaki -created series hasn't left the hearts of fans, who are eagerly anticipating the next anime arc to hit Netflix.   Itagaki on Wednesday wanted to keep fans updated on the BEASTARS manga series, announcing that it has printed (physically) and sold (digitally) over 7.5 million copies . Sony Music Labels Launches New VTuber Project "VERSEⁿ"

    In collaboration with Helixes, a Tokyo-based total planning company, Sony Music Labels launched a new VTuber project "VERSEⁿ" (pronounced verse ) today on November 1. The tagline is "A story about girls who connect the world."   VERSEⁿ is a project that travels through a variety of stories, spinning the past, present and future in the world of "VERSEⁿ" together with its users. Yoshino Nanjo Announces Her Graduation from fripSide

    During the "fripSide Special Program" streamed on on Nico Nico Live on October 31, the two-member anisong unit fripSide announced its second vocalist Yoshino Nanjo 's graduation (departure from the unit).   Nanjo, also known as the voice of Eli Ayase in the Love Live! franchise and as a member of its VA unit μ's, joined the unit in 2009 after its first vocalist nao left in the same year. Since then, they have released 18 singles and six original albums.
