Voice Actor Eiji Takeuchi to Release His First Photo Book on June 29

Japanese publisher Shufunotomo Infos has announced that voice actor Eiji Takeuchi's yet-titled first photo book is set to be released in Japan on June 29, 2022. The A4-size, all-color book has 96 pages and its price is 3,520 yen (about 27.12 USD).

Takeuchi, now 36, started his career as a professional voice actor in the early 2000s, and is known for his portrayals as Ken Sudou (Classroom of the Elite), Fennel (DECA-DENCE), Nobutaka Osanai (Tokyo Revengers), and Hitoya Amaguni (HYPNOSISMIC).

This collection of photos was shot in his hometown of Aichi Prefecture. He traces his roots by revisiting the local spots and restaurants where he often visited when he was as a student, as well as the famous places in the prefecture. He also wears a variety of outfits, including kimono at Nagoya Castle and a patterned shirt on the Osu shopping street. The publisher's press release writes, "The never-before-seen appearance of Takeuchi is a must-see for fans!"
