The Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai live stream came through with some new info on the TV anime series, but that wasn't all DQ fans were treated to during the broadcast. There were also three games announced for The Adventure of Dai, including one on consoles, one for arcades, and an iOS/Android mobile outing.
On the console side we have Infinity Strash - Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai to look forward to. While specific platforms have yet to be revealed, the action-RPG is due out from publisher Square Enix and developer Game Studio in 2021. Check out the announcement teaser below.
Coming to arcades in Japan this fall is Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai - Xross Blade, a card battler from Square Enix and Takara Tomy A.R.T.S. Tie-in merchandise is planned, and you can see the game's visual and announcement trailer below.
Finally, we have Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai - Tamashii no Kizuna, a "dash RPG" from Square Enix and DeNA that's due out on iOS and Android devices in Japan sometime in 2021.
This one combines simple controls with strategic gameplay, giving players a chance to team up with popular characters from the Dai series. Check out the teaser:
