Musashi & Kojiro Talk About Their Dream in TV Anime Orient 1st Character PV

 

 

The official website for the forthcoming TV anime adaptation of Shinobu Ohtaka (Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic)'s battle fantasy manga series Orient has posted a 40-second first character PV to introduce its two protagonists - Musashi (CV: Yuma Uchida) and Kojiro Kanemaki (Souma Saito).

 

In the clip, the two characters talk about their dream to form the "strongest Bushidan (the band of warriors)" with their character voices. They are introduced as below:

 

  • Musashi: A boy with a strong will who yearns to be a samurai. He is a cheerful and energetic person, but he is unable to speak his mind.
  • Kojiro: The son of a samurai who is shunned in the town. He is a philosopher and more of an intellectual type with a cool side.

The TV anime adaptation directed by Tetsuya Yanagisawa (High Scholl DxD, SENRAN KAGURA SHINOVI MASTER) is set to premiere in Japan in January 2022, and will also be streamed on Crunchyroll as it airs in Japan.
