Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Mugen Train Arc and Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc Are Coming to Crunchyroll!

Crunchyroll is extremely happy to announce that we will be airing both sequel arcs to the blockbuster 2019 anime Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. An episodic adaptation of the sequel film Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Mugen Train Arc will begin airing on Sunday, October 10th while Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc will begin airing on Sunday, December 5th.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Mugen Train Arc

Launch time: 10/10 at 8:45am PT

 

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Mugen Train Arc will feature a re-edited six episodes with new BGM, as well as a never-before-seen Episode 1 featuring Kyojuro Rengoku taking on a new mission on the way to the Mugen Train, for a total of seven episodes. LiSA returns to sing the OP theme “Akeboshi” and the ED theme “Shirogane” for the arc.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc

Launch time: 12/5 at 7:45am PT

 

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc will feature Tanjiro and his comrades on a brand new mission within the Yoshiwara Entertainment District, where they face the demon Daki (Upper Six), voiced by Miyuki Sawashiro. A new 1-hour special episode will begin this section of the story after the conclusion of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Mugen Train Arc. Aimer will perform the OP theme “Zankyosanka” and the ED theme “Asa ga kuru”.
