Tybalt Takes Center Stage in Romeo & Juliet Recitation Drama

Tokyo-based fans of William Shakespeare's classic tragedy, Romeo and Juliet, will soon have something new to look forward to, because READPIA is staging a recitation drama starring famous voice actors that tweaks the story to be told from the perspective of Tybalt, Juliet's cousin, and Paris, Juliet's fiancé, in a performance that is entitled Meisaku Ibun Romeo to Juliet ~ Tybalt Sono Koi no Giseisha ~ ("Strange Tale Masterpiece Romeo and Juliet ~ Tybalt The Victims of That Love").

Meisaku Ibun Romeo to Juliet ~ Tybalt Sono Koi no Giseisha ~ will be staged for a total of four performances at the Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre Playhouse venue in Nishiikebukuro, Toshima City, Tokyo, Japan: a 2:30pm and a 6:00pm performance on July 31, 2021, and a 1:30pm performance and a 5:00pm performance on August 01, 2021.
