Utawarerumono opening theme, White Album ending themes, Tears to Tiara insert song composer Susumu Mameda, who also went by the pseudonym Michio Kinugasa at times (including on the same projects), has passed away, the president of visual novel company AQUAPLUS, Naoya Shimokawa, announced via Twitter on July 29.
While not much is known about Mameda, the songs he composed, such as 'Dream Song' which was sung by frequent collaborator Suara, touched the lives of many over his 17-year career at AQUAPLUS. Shimokawa wrote on Twitter that "the songs [Mameda] created are so memorable that it would be impossible to talk about our company's work without his achievements."

No cause was given for Mameda's sudden passing, but what we do know is that the music he composed will forever live on in the works he helped create.
