In its third weekend of release, the live-action feature film adaptation of Hirohiko Araki's Rohan at the Louvre (Rohan au Louvre) manga ranked eighth, three positions down from the previous weekend, but staying in the weekend box office top 10 for three consecutive weeks.
The Detective Conan anime franchise's 26th feature film, Detective Conan: Black Iron Submarine, ranked sixth in its ninth weekend, two places down from the previous weekend. The film has earned 12.8 billion yen (91.6 million USD) on 9.04 million admissions.
IDOLiSH 7 LIVE 4bit BEYOND THE PERiOD — the first concert film from the male idol-themed multimedia franchise IDOLiSH7 — has also stayed in the top 10 for three consecutive weekends. The 93-minute film ranked ninth in its third weekend, totaling 756,976,682 yen (5,423,051 USD) on 444,353 admissions, according to the Animate Times.

The first part of the two-part anime film Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Cosmos The Movie was released in 180 theaters across Japan on June 9, but didn't make it to the top 10 in its opening weekend. On the other hand, the film seems to have been well-received by audiences who saw it in theaters. It ranked second on Filmmarks' first-day satisfaction ranking with an average rating of 3.85/5.0 based on 139 reviews, very closely behind The Little Mermaid live-action film with 3.9/5.0.
The films are the final arc of the Sailor Moon anime reboot series, which began in 2014 with Sailor Moon Crystal, and are based on the Shadow Galactica arc of Naoko Takeuchi's original Sailor Moon manga. The second part is set to release in Japan on June 30.
