Check Out Marina Horiuchi's The Wizard of Oz-inspired The Devil is a Part-Timer! Season 2 Ending Theme MV

 

 

The official YouTube channel for voice actress/singer Marina Horiuchi (Reimi Itsushiro in Healer Girl) has started streaming a full music video for her first solo single song "Mizukagami no Sekai" (The World of Water Mirror).

 

Horiuchi has performed as member of the four-member voice actresses/singer unit Healer Girls since March 2021, and made her solo singer debut with her first album "Nano Story" in March 2021. "Mizukagami no Sekai" will be released as her first solo single on July 27, 2022. In addition, it will be featured as the ending theme for the forthcoming TV anime The Devil is a Part-Timer! Season 2.

 

The music video shows a story about a life-size Horiuchi who walks on her own path, along with her worries embodies as the tin doll and the lion from "The Wizard of Oz." Emiri Torihata, who has worked on her previous music videos, serves as director to express a heartfelt worldview and the tenderness of the song.

Nine years after the first season in 2013, the long-awaited second season of the TV anime adaptation of Satoshi Wagahara's fantasy comedy light novel The Devil Is a Part-Timer! is set to premiere in Japan on July 14, 2022, and will also be simulcast on Crunchyroll for its members in North America, Central America, South America, Europe (excluding German-speaking territories), Africa, Oceania, the Middle East and CIS.
