Hetalia World☆Stars Anime Descends Onto Japanese Streaming Services on April 1

Hetalia World☆Stars

Hetalia World☆Stars will be returning on April 1, the official Twitter account for the series announced today. After six years without an anime adaptation, the wacky series, which is an adaptation of the manga series by Hidekaz Himaruya, about personified countries will be premiering on Japanese streaming services at midnight on April 1, just for some laughs.

Hiroshi Watanabe returns as director, with Kazuyuki Fudeyasu returning for the scripts and series composition, and Mariko Oka as the character designer and produced at Studio Deen. The cast from the previous seasons returns to voice the personification of most countries.

The streaming services confirmed by the above Tweet are; d anime store, Nico Nico Douga, GYAO !, dTV, FOD, and more. No word yet on an (excuse the pun) worldwide rollout of the latest Hetalia series.
