BRIAN KILMEADE (CO-HOST): Judge, you think the president's got a few land mines here after that testimony??? ANDREW NAPOLITANO (FOX NEWS SENIOR JUDICIAL ANALYST): Well, if the testimony's true, now look -- STEVE DOOCY (CO-HOST): That's a big if.?? ... NAPOLITANO: I don't know where this is going to go. I think most people saw through Michael Cohen yesterday. If you like the president, Michael Cohen was a liar and a bitter guy trying to get back at somebody that is no longer his friend. If you dislike the president, there's a treasure trove of stuff here with which to torment him.?? KILMEADE: But, Judge, here's the thing. He's going to talk about his taxes, the president lied on his taxes, lied about insurance, lied about payments. And if it's just his words, that's one thing, but it looks as though that committee wants to investigate more. Bring in the CFO, bring in Ivanka, bring in Eric.?? NAPOLITANO: In my opinion, you're correct, and, in my opinion, what we heard yesterday is enough for the committee to justify doing that and it's enough for the committee to justify subpoenaing his taxes. Why do they need his taxes other than to torment, embarrass, humiliate him? DOOCY: But, then again, ultimately, not impeachable.
