Dr. STONE Special Episode - RYUSUI Brings BURNOUT SYNDROMES Back for Opening Theme

Dr. STONE fans can look forward to the series returning ahead of the third season with an hour-long special next month. Dr. STONE Special Episode - RYUSUI previously revealed July 10 premiere plans on Japanese TV, with Crunchyroll streaming the special shortly after, and now we know that the opening theme song will be performed by BURNOUT SYNDROMES.

BURNOUT SYNDROMES kicked off the very first season of the anime adaptation with the "Good Morning World!" OP, so it'll be nice to have them back for this one.

Based on the manga by Riichiro Inagaki and Boichi, Dr. STONE is directed by Shinya Iino (Made in Abyss assistant director) at studio TMS Entertainment, starring Yusuke Kobayashi (Subaru in Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-) as the genius Senku Ishigami as he reboots civilization thousands of years after its petrification.
