The official website for the IDOLiSH7 anime franchise announced today that the first cour of its highly-anticipated TV anime third season, titled IDOLiSH7 Third BEAT!, is set to premiere in Japan in July 2021.
Following the 17-episode first season in January-May 2018, the second season IDOLiSH7 Second BEAT! was aired for 15 episodes from April to December 2020. The upcoming third season, which will be based on the third story arc of the IDOLiSH7 smartphone game, will be produced in two cours, and the broadcast schedule for its second cour has not yet been finalized.

Synopsis:
A group of aspiring idols gather at Takanashi Productions and are entrusted with the company's future. The seven men who have just met represent a variety of totally different personalities.
