JUJUTSU KAISEN Manga Exceeds a Remarkable 40 Million Copy Print Run

JUJUTSU KAISEN

The official Twitter account for the JUJUTSU KAISEN manga series revealed today that Gege Akutami's manga, which serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump, has surpassed 40 million copies printed (physically) and sold (digitally). This figure also includes the JUJUTSU KAISEN 0 manga volume that is being adapated into an anime film that is scheduled to be released this winter.

The last sales figure from the staff behind JUJUTSU KAISEN was from March 4 at 36 million copies. This means this month alone, the manga series has printed and sold 4 million copies, which is slower than the previous month, but still better than some manga sell in their lifetimes. JUJUTSU KAISEN has also outsold the lifetime sales of Shaman King, and is on par with Berserk, and Yu-Gi-Oh!

JUJUTSU KAISEN 's TV anime series just finished up, with the entire series both subbed and dubbed right here on Crunchyroll
