After the broadcast of the final 12th episode of the latest series Show By Rock!! Mashumairesh!! in Japan last night, it was officially announced that the next fourth TV anime series Show By Rock!! Stars!! is already in the works.

A key visual for Show By Rock!! Stars!! released along with the announcement features the bands members who have been active in the anime series, such as Mashumairesh!!'s Howan and Plasmagica' Cyan, as well as Yokazenohorizon's Rikao who will make his first appearance in a TV anime. A total of 11 bands are scheduled to appear: Mashumairesh!!, Plasmagica, DOKONJOFINGER, Shingan Crimsonz, REIJINGSIGNAL, Trichronika, Tsurezurenaru Ayatsuri Mugenan, Criticrista, BUDVIRGINLOGIC, ARCAREAFACT, and Yokazenohorizon.
Show By Rock!! Stars!! is set to premiere on TOKYO MX, BSFuji, and Hokkaido Bunka Housou sometime in 2020.
