Nana Mizuki Posts Rehearsal Studio Mini Live Video for Fans

As reported, many Japanese anison singers have provided exclusive videos online for anime fans who have to stay at home during this difficult time. Nana Muziki, one of the most popular anime voice actress/singers today, has also posted a ten-minute rehearsal studio mini live clip of "UPSETTER" and "Tsugazakura" on her official YouTube channel. The video will be available until May 6.

The former is written/composed by herself and included in her latest 13th album "CANNONBALL RUNNING" released in December 2019. The latter was her first professionally-recorded enka song that she performed when she was 13. She planned to sing the enka song in the canceled first show of her 2020 tour "NANA MIZUKI LIVE RUNNER 2020" in Ehime Prefecture, her hometown.

As the largest concert tour in her career, it was originally scheduled to run through 13 cities (17 shows) in Japan from March 28 to August 16. However, its first three shows have been canceled due to the spread of COVID-19.

Mizuki writes on her official blog as below:

Today was supposed to be the first day of my "LIVE RUNNER" tour held at my hometown Ehime. I have received so many messages from the people who looked forward to this tour with the same feeling as me. Wondering if there was anything I could do, I have decided to post a video from the rehearsal studio!

"UPSETTER," which I planned to perform for the first time with Cherry Boys & Team Yoda in this tour, and "Tsugazakura," which I planned to sing only in the Ehime concert. The two songs have been streamed on YouTube since today. Everyone, please watch it."
