The live-action Tonkatsu DJ Agetaro movie is coming to Japan on June 19, and so far it looks like they're doing a good job of capturing the spirit of Iipyao and Yujiro Koyama's manga and its fantastic short-form anime adaptation. Anyone familiar with the series knows how important it is to c h i l l o u t, which is exactly what the cast has been doing between takes while filming the movie.
You can see this in (in)action in the latest behind-the-scenes video, which starts with lead actor Takumi Kitamura chilling out with a neck pillow. Sonoko actress Maika Yamamoto then relaxes to her full potential, followed by Kentaro Ito (Yashiki) calmly chatting with the staff, Yusuke Iseya (DJ Oily) getting in some rest, and the ultimate group chill out scene.
