In October 2016, when she was in the second year at high school and 17 years old, Asaka made her debut as a professional singer with her first single "Open your eys" (Occultic;Nine ED theme). Since then she has performed theme songs for A Centaur's Life, Laid-Back Camp, ISLAND, YU-NO:A girl who chants love at the bound of this world., ROOM CAMP, and Higurashi: When They Cry – NEW.

Her much-awaited second full album "Pontoon" will include her seventh single song "The Sunshower" (ROOM CAMP theme song), eighth single song "I believe what you said" (Higurashi: When They Cry – NEW OP), ninth single song "Seize The Day" (Laid-Back Camp second season OP), game theme songs that have not been included in her previous singles, newly-recorded songs, and a solo version of "Kono Basho de." (Laid-Back Camp second season's seventh episode insert song).

"Kono Basho de." was originally performed by Eri Sasaki as the theme song for the "Ouchide, Camp" campaign in 2020, because it was right after Asaka had surgery to remove vocal cord polyps. After the surgery, she re-recorded the song by herself for the anime this year.
