Ahead of the release of the final volume of the Attack on Titan manga series, the official Twitter account for Bessatsu Shonen Magazine, the magazine which published chapters of the series weekly, unveiled the full cover design in celebration of Children's Day in Japan ... which if you take a look at it, makes some saddening sense.

The Attack on Titan manga started in September 2009 and has so far released 33 volumes of the series in Japan with the final volume, the 34th, is scheduled to be released on June 9 with three editions, one regular and two special editions. Kodansha Comic releases the series in English, with each chapter released simultaneously on Crunchyroll as they came out in Japan.
