Sanrio has announced a new collaboration project featuring 20 characters from Nitroplus and DMM Games' collectible card browser video game Touken Ranbu - Online- , titled "Wanpaku! (Naughty!) Touken Ranbu," is now in development.
The "Wanpaku! Touken Ranbu" series will feature the sword boys designed with a cute pastel taste. Sanrio has released a first visual introducing Hachisuka Kotetsu, Yamanbagiri Kunihiro, Kashu Kiyomitsu, Mutsunokami Yoshiyuki, and Kasen Kanesada.
A pop-up shop is scheduled to open in Tokyo in March 2020. About 50 collaboration items, such as tin badges, acryl stands, apparel, and miscellaneous goods, are now planned to be offered by the licensees of each company. More details will be announced at a later date.
