Japan Box Office: Saekano Fine Film Debuts at #5, Takes #1 in Satisfaction Ranking

Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend Fine, the final chapter of the anime adaptation series based on Fumiaki Maruto's romance comedy light novel series was released in 121 theaters in Japan on October 26, 2019, then ranked fifth with 130 million yen in its first weekend. The conclusion of the characters' love relationship in the 115-minute film is seemingly welcomed by the audience because it took No.1 in Pia's first day satisfaction ranking with a very good 93.0 approval rating.

Eiga Star☆Twinkle PreCure Hoshi no Uta ni Omoi wo Komete (Star☆Twinkle PreCure The Movie: Putting Thought into the Star Song) dropped to sixth from its debut weekend's third. The 27th PreCure film has earned 370 million yen with the 320,000 ticket sales.

Meanwhile, Sora no Aosa wo Shiru hito yo / Her Blue Sky ranked tenth in its third weekend and had crossed the four million yen mark. And the original anime film Kimi Dake ni Motetainda (I want to be well-liked only by you) failed to rank in the top 10 (its Pia's first day ranking was fifth).
