The official Twitter for the 30th-anniversary project of the TV anime Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water announced today that a special exhibition to celebrate the anniversary is set to be held in 2021. It will display various production material from the show, such as character reference drawings, key animation drawings, cells, and background arts.

The EVA INFO website writes that the exhibition will offer enjoyable content for both of those who were watching Nadia when it aired and whose who have recently discovered it. And original merchandise to commemorate the event will be also available. Further details such as venues and schedules will be announced shortly.

As Hideaki Anno's first directorial TV anime, Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water was aired for 39 episodes from April 1990 to March 1991. The anime's character designer Yoshiyuki Sadamoto and soundtrack composer Shiro Sagisu later teamed up with Anno again on his next TV series Neon Genesis Evangelion in 1995-1996.

Also, the "STANDARD EDITION" Blu-ray box set will be released at 22,000 yen (about 207 US dollars) from King Records on December 16, 2020. Its seven discs' contents are same as the previous box set released in 2011.
