Bungo Stray Dogs' Spin-off Gag Anime "Wan!" Set for January 2021

 

 

Three months after the initial announcement in June, it is confirmed today that the TV anime adaptation of the Bungo Stray Dogs franchise's official spin-off gag manga Bungo Stray Dogs Wan! illustrated by Neko Kanai is set to premiere in Japan in January 2021.

 

Bungo Stray Dogs Wan! featuring the characters drawn in deformed style has been serialized on Young Ace UP website and has released six tankobon volumes. Its TV anime adaptation is animated by BONES・NOMAD. Toshihiro Kikuchi (Dropkick on My Devil! episode director/animation director) is attached to direct, along with series composition writer Kazuyuki Fudeyasu (That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime) and anime character designer Hiromi Fusemi (Dropkick on My Devil!! Dash chief animation director).

 

Of course, all of the main voice cast members of the original series listed below are confirmed to reprise their roles.
