Bushiroad announced today that Rebirth (りばあす in hiragana), a short TV anime series from its new trading card game project Rebirth for you is set to premiere in Monthly Bushiroad TV on January 5, 2020. The program has been aired on Tokyo MX and streamed on YouTube since 2014.
The story of the anime follows 12 girls' everyday life, including Yu Higashiyama who goes to Tebasaki High, a normal high school in Nagaoya, and Kei Todo, who belongs to Saint Panda Girls Academy, a prestigious boarding school in Ueno. The girls are all playing the TCG "Rebirth for you" in the story. The trial start deck for the TCG itself is scheduled to be available on March 19, 2020.
Shinobu Yoshioka (Black Rock Shooter) is attached to direct at Liden Films' Osaka studio, alongside anime character designer Yoko Takada (Layton Mystery Tanteisha: Katori no Nazotoki File).
