Washinomiya Shrine Welcomes 2019 with Anime Collaboration Goods

 

Washinomiya Shrine - a Shinto shrine in Kuki, Saitama Prefecture, Japan that became an otaku hot-spot after being featured in the 2007 TV anime Lucky Star - is celebrating the new year with some limited edition character goods featuring a collaboration between Lucky Star and Full Metal Panic! Invisible Victory.

 

 

The goods include can badges and acrylic keyholders featuring a new illustration by Lucky Star author Kagami Yoshimizu that includes both Kagami Hiiragi from Lucky Star and Bonta-kun from Full Metal Panic! Invisible Victory. The can badges retail for 500 yen ($4.55 US) plus tax, while the keyholders retail for 800 yen ($7.28 ) plus tax.

 

The goods will be available in a pop-up shop located in the parking lot of Washinomiya Shrine, and the shop will will run for a limited time only from December 31, 2018 - January 03, 2019.
