The official website for Musical Ouran High School Host Club f, the highly-anticipated second musical adaptation of Bisco Hatori's romantic comedy manga, has posted a 40-second PV to introduce its main cast members in their character costume.

12 years after the manga's conclusion in Hakusensha's LaLa magazine, the first musical show was performed at The Galaxy Theater in Tokyo from January 15 to 23, 2022, and its DVD/Blu-ray was released on June 22, 2022. The second show of the musical is scheduled to be performed at Tennozu Galaxy Theatre in Tokyo from December 2 to 11, 2022, then at Sankei Hall Breeze in Osaka on December 17 and 18. General sales of the tickets will begin on October 29.
