Trapped in a Dating Sim: The World of Otome Games is Tough for Mobs TV Anime Announces OP/ED Performers

 

 

The official website for the forthcoming TV anime adaptation of Yomu Mishima's isekai fantasy light novel Trapped in a Dating Sim: The World of Otome Games is Tough for Mobs has announced its OP and theme songs and their performers.

 

 

 


 

 

The OP theme song "Silent Minority" is written/composed/sung by singer-songwriter Kashitaro Ito. After posting his performance videos on Nico Nico Douga, he made his major debut from TOY'S FACTORY in 2014. He has previously performed the theme/insert songs for DECA-DENCE, Osamake: Romcom Where The Childhood Friend Won't Lose, and Deep Insanity THE LOST CHILD. As his third major CD single, "Silent Minority" is et to be released on April 27, 2022.

 

 

 

 

 


 

 

Meanwhile, the ED theme song "selfish" is sung by anisong singer Riko Azuna. She made her professional singer debut in 2018 and has sung theme songs for various anime series, such as Bloom Into You, Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World: Memory Snow, Boogiepop and Others, Astra Lost in Space, Cautious Hero: The Hero Is Overpowered but Overly Cautious, and So I'm a Spider, So What? "selfish" will be released as her eighth single on May 11, 2022.  

 

 

 

 

 


 

 

The TV anime Trapped in a Dating Sim: The World of Otome Games is Tough for Mobs is set to premiere in Japan in April 2022. ENGI (The Detective Is Already Dead) works on anime production, Kazuya Miura (Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out!) and Shin'ichi Fukumoto (The Detective Is Already Dead assistant director) serve as co-directors.
