Love Live! Sunshine!! VA Unit Aqours Plans to Release Collaboration Song & MV with Hatsune Miku

 

 

Aqours, the nine-member voice actress unit of the Love Live! Sunshine!! anime franchise, reached their sixth anniversary on 30 June 2021, and has been developing the anniversary project "We Are Challengers Project," including their first live-action music video "DREAMY COLOR."

 

During their live concert "Love Live! Sunshine!! Aqours EXTRA LoveLive! ~DREAMY CONCERT 2021~" held at Pia Arena MM in Tokyo yesterday, on December 30, they revealed the latest information about the anniversary project. One of them was a collaboration song and anime music video with internationally popular virtual singer Hatsune Miku. The collaboration project itself was already announced back in June 2021, and its partner is finally revealed as Hastune Miku. It will be Aqours' first song collaboration with another artist. Further details will be announced soon.

Other new information announced were:

 

• "Aqours magazine" featuring each member of Aqours will be published. The first one featuring Yoshiko Tsushima is set to be released on January 31, 2022.
• "Love Live! Sunshine!! Lyric Collection from Aqours & Saint Snow" is decided to be published.
• The complete Blu-ray box containing the two TV anime series and the feature film Over the Rainbow will be available on March 29, 2022. Aqours' newly-recorded song will be included in its bonus CD.
• "Genjitsu no Yohane -Unpolarized Reflexion-" manga will start serialization in the "LoveLive!Days" magazine in February 2022. .
