It was only a few days ago that we saw Takaya Kuroda, who voices Kiryu in the Like a Dragon franchise, and Hidenari Ugaki, who voices his rival and friend Majima, voicing Popuko and Pipimi in this week's episode of Pop Team Epic TV anime and giving a surprise update for the upcoming games.
But now the suit is on the other character with Popuko and Pipimi taking on the streets on Kamurocho in a new collaboration under the title “Like a Pop Team Epic.”

No more details have been confirmed on the collaboration other than the visual of Popuko and Pipimi dressed in Kiryu and Majima’s iconic outfits but the above Tweet teases that more is to come. A collaboration with the Kamatora chain of restaurants was also announced for February 2023.

Maybe Popuko would adopt Kiryu’s Beast style while Pipimi waits in a bar dressed as a zombie waiting for Popuko to show.
