The time for a new isekai series is upon us, this time featuring an overpowered, overprotective older sister who gets transported to a fantasy world along with her little brother. While we may have a little while before the My One-Hit Kill Sister TV anime, also known in Japan as Isekai One Turn Kill Nee-san, premieres in 2023, the series revealed its first teaser trailer today along with a new visual and five new cast members.
Joining the cast of My One-Hit Kill Sister are:
Rio Tsuchiya (Ranka in SSSS.DYNAZENON) will be voicing Tanya
Azumi Waki (Maika Sakuranomiya in BLEND-S) will be voicing Sophie
Sora Tokui (Nico Yazawa in Love Live! School Idol Project) will be voicing Gloria
Konomi Kohara (Chika Fujiwara in Kaguya-sama: Love Is War) will be voicing Kuon
Yuma Uchida (Kawaki in BORUTO: NARUTO NEXT GENERATIONS) will be voicing Siegfried

Hiroaki Takagi makes his full directorial debut with My One-Hit Kill Sister with scripts written by Yohei Kashii (Banished from the Heros Party) and character designs by Yuki Hamada. The anime will be produced at Gekkou Production. Crunchyroll will stream the series as it airs in 2023.
