The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya is headed back to Akihabara in a newly announced exhibition celebrating Noizi Ito's light novel art for the franchise. The three-part exhibition will see original art from the light novels on display, including original drafts and in-production line art.

 

 

 

 

The Noizi Ito The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya Artworks Exhibition opens its first part on November 29, its second part on December 20 and its final part on January 17, all held at EDITION88 @ TOKYO ATOM in the UDX Building in Akihabara. Each part will be showcasing different illustrations and how they came to be. A preview of each part is below.

Goods based on Noizi Ito's original The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya art will be avaiable to order from EDITION88's Japanese and international website, letting people from all around the word be able to order the over 40,000 yen (US$272) framed pieces. The piece's will become avaiable to order through during each part of the exhibition period. Other original goods will also be available at EDITION88 @ TOKYO ATOM.

 

The Noizi Ito The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya Artworks Exhibition is free for every part, though people have to reserve a time to go in ahead of time due to limited space.
