A newly drawn key visual for the exhibition of Yoshikazu Yasuhiko's Mobile Suit Gundam THE ORIGIN manga has been released. The visual, drawn by Yasuhiko himself, depicts Amuro Ray, his mobile suit RX-78-02 Gundam, Char Aznable, and his MS-06S Zaku II. This illustration will be displayed at the venue and will also be used for original event goods.
In commemoration of the first anniversary of the opening of Tokorozawa Sakura Town, the "Yoshikazu Yasuhiko / Mobile Suit Gundam THE ORIGIN Exhibition" is scheduled to be held at the EJ Anime Museum (Kadokawa Culture Museum 3F) in Tokorozawa Sakura Town, Tokorozawa-city, Saitama Prefecture, from January 22 to March 21, 2022.
Advance tickets go on sale today. In addition to the 1,800-yen regular ticket, the 5,400-yen ticket with the plastic model of "HG 1/144 RX-78-02 Gundam (GUNDAM THE ORIGIN version) Yoshikazu Yasuhiko / Mobile Suit Gundam THE ORIGIN Exhibition Edition" is also available. Furthermore, the 12,000-yen limited quantity premium advance ticket set includes a ticket for the preview to be held on January 21, the "RX-78-02 Gundam" plastic model, and the "HG 1/144 MS-06S Char Custom Zaku II Red Comet Ver. Yoshikazu Yasuhiko / Mobile Suit Gundam THE ORIGIN Exhibition Edition" plastic model.
