Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Movie: Mugen Train moviegoers in Japan were all set to celebrate Rengoku's birthday with a new theatrical gift back in May, but those plans were postponed due to the State of Emergency that was put in place at the time. With theaters up and running, though, a belated celebration is in order, and now those special A5 cards will be given out to theatergoers at screenings this July.
The A5 cards featuring Rengoku were drawn by anime studio ufotable to mark the occasion of the character's May 10 birthday. While folks may have missed out on the exact date, theatergoers can make up for it and pick up their A5 cards at the screenings that are scheduled to be held from July 22-29.
The latest achievement for the record-breaking Demon Slayer movie was established when Mugen Train hit home video and sold over a million copies in just three days.
The second season of the TV anime series, subtitled "Entertainment District arc", will premiere sometime in 2021 on Japanese TV.
