Things are just getting started for historical series Vinland Saga, whose 24th episode, "End of the Prologue," has just aired. A new teaser video shows that the anime adaptation will be taking on the manga's second story arc in the near future.
Vinland Saga is a fictionalized account of the life of Thorfinn Karlsefni, an 11th century Icelandic explorer who followed Leif Erickson's route to Vinland (now coastal North America). So far, the anime has adapted up to chapter 54 of Makoto Yukimura's manga. In honor of the most recent episode, the official Twitter account released this video:

The teaser shows moments from the manga's "Slave" arc, starting at chapter 55. There is no word yet on when the next season will commence.
The Vinland Saga manga is available online from Kodansha Comics, and has been running since 2005.
