We recently learned all about the musical performances lined up for the 2023 Anime Awards, including songs from genre-spanning group ALI, composer KOHTA YAMAMOTO and songwriter and composer Yuki Kajiura. All of the performances will be in commemoration of past Anime Awards winners, and now we know exactly which song we'll get to hear from hit anime film Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Movie: Mugen Train.

Those who tune into the 2023 Anime Awards will get the opportunity to watch as Yuki Kajiura performs the film and TV arc's hit song "Homura," which was originally performed by Japanese singer LiSA and written by Yuki Kajiura. The song originally appeared in Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Movie: Mugen Train and was also used as the final ending theme of the final episode of the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Mugen Train Arc TV anime.
The TV version of the movie ran for seven episodes, including an original episode, 70 new scenes, new music tracks, new opening and ending animation, new songs and episode previews.
Yuki Kajiura previously shared the following comments about the performance:
“Congratulations on the Crunchyroll Anime Awards 2023. It is a great honor for me to be a part of the music that colors the wonderful film “Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Movie: Mugen Train” and to perform the music at the award ceremony. I hope the audience will enjoy my performance,” said Yuki Kajiura.
