A new preview video, five new cast members, the opening theme song performer, and the Japanese broadcast schedule have all been revealed for I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became Unrivaled in the Real World, an upcoming TV anime based on the series of fantasy light novels written by Miku and illustrated by Rein Kuwashima.
The opening theme, entitled "Gyakutengeki" ("Turnabout Play"), is performed by Tsukuyomi. The new cast members include:
Luna voiced by Ai Kakuma.
Yuty voiced by Rina Hidaka.
Night voiced by Nao Tōyama.
Usagi voiced by Kazuhiko Inoue.
And Akatsuki voiced by Yuka Iguchi.

The original I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became Unrivaled in the Real World light novels are published in Japan by Fujimi Shobo under their Fujimi Fantasia Bunko imprint, and an English language version is also available from Yen Press, who describe the story of the series as follows:

The I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became Unrivaled in the Real World TV anime is directed by Shin Itagaki and Shingo Tanabe and features animation production by Millepensee. The series will broadcast in Japan according to the following TV schedule:
- TOKYO MX: every Thursday during the 24:30 time slot beginning on April 06, 2023.
- BS11: every Thursday during the 24:30 time slot beginning on April 06, 2023.
- KBS Kyoto: every Thursday during the 25:00 time slot beginning on April 06, 2023.
- Sun TV: every Thursday during the 25:00 time slot beginning on April 06, 2023.
Please note that some Japanese TV schedules count early-morning programming as late night-programming for the previous day, so for example the 24:30 time slot on Thursday evening is actually on Friday morning at 12:30am JST.
