Kodansha Comics To Publish Great Teacher Onizuka And GTO: 14 Days in Shonan Manga Digitally In February

Kodansha Comics has announced via Anime News Network that it will publish both Great Teacher Onizuka and the sequel GTO: 14 Days in Shonan digitally across multiple services, with pre-orders beginning on Tuesday January 25th ahead of their official debut February 1st. Both titles will be available across BookWalker, Comixology, Kindle, Apple Books, Google Play, and other services.

The original GTO: Great Teacher Onizuka manga was previously published by now dormant publisher Tokyopop from 2002-2005 during the peak of the first manga boom in the US. The sequel, GTO: 14 Days in Shonan followed seven years later courtesy of Vertical Inc.
