The two-member anisong unit fripSide has posted a 110-second music video for their 19th single song "Leap of faith" to be released on February 2, 2022. The meloudious rock tune is now featured as the OP theme for the winter 2022 TV anime The Strongest Sage With the Weakest Crest.
As reported last October, the unit's second vocalist Yoshino Nanjo has announced her graduation (departure from the unit) after their final tour "fripSide Phase2 FINAL ARENA TOUR" in April 2022, and "Leap of faith" will be their final single featuring her as vocalist. After the single, their last album "infinite synthesis 6" will be released on March 23.

The TV anime adaptation of Shinkoshoto's fantasy light novel The Strongest Sage With the Weakest Crest premiered in Japan on January 8, 2022, and has also been simulcast on Crunchyroll to its members in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and CIS.
