Aoi Koga Newly Cast as The Protagonist Ange in Princess Principal Six-Chapter Sequel

 

The official website for Actas' original anime series Princess Principle has announced details about its upcoming six-chapter sequel Princess Principle Crown Handler, including a teaser visual, a 30-second Teaser trailer, and a new voice cast for its protagonist Ange, Aoi Koga (Kaguya Shinomiya in Kaguya-sama: Love Is War).

 

Ange's original VA Ayaka Imamura announced her retirement from professional voice acting due to her health condition in June 2018, then Koga was chosen as the character's new voice as a result of an audition.

 

The original Princess Principle TV anime series was aired for 12 episodes from July to September 2017. The six-chapter Princess Principle Crown Handler will tell a direct sequel story to it. The TV series' director Masaki Tachibana returns to direct, while Noboru Kimura (Gundam Build Divers) is newly served as series composition writer in place of the TV's Ichiro Oukouchi.

 

 

The first chapter of Princess Principle Crown Handler is set to be released in Japanese theaters on April 10, 2020.
