Hetalia Musical New Series to Return with Its 2nd Show in April 2023

 

 

The official Twitter for the musical adaptation of Hidekaz Himaruya's Hetalia comedy manga series has confirmed that the second show of its new series is set to be performed in Tokyo (Nihon Seinenkan Hall) and Osaka (Higashi-Osaka City Cultural Creation Center Dream House Main Hall) in April 2023. The news was also revealed at the first show's Blu-ray release event held at Kasukabe City Civic Hall in Saitama on Sunday.

The first series of the musical adaptation was performed with four shows from December 2015 to March 2018. After three years and nine months hiatus, the first show of the new series, entitled Hetalia ~The world is wonderful~, was performed in Osaka and Tokyo in December 2021. The Blu-ray of the first show was released in Japan in June 2022 and its three-minute digest is streamed on YouTube.
