All-new Aikatsu! Anime Film to be Screened with Aikatsu Planet! Feature Film

 

 

It is announced today that Aikatsu! 10th STORY ~Mirai heno STARWAY~ (Starway to The Future), an all-new anime film to celebrate the Aikatsu! franchise's 10th anniversary, will be screened with the forthcoming feature film edition of Aikatsu Planet!. All of the main staff of the original series, including director Ryuichi Kimura, script writer Yoichi Kato, and character designer Hiroko Yaguchi, will return for the film project.

 

A teaser visual and a teaser trailer that were revealed today feature Ichigo Hoshimiya and Akari Ozora, the two protagonists in the first Aikatsu! TV anime series, wearing their costumes of Cosmos, the unit formed by them in the final 178th episode.

It is also officially announced that the double feature films are set to be released in Japan on July 15, 2022. And from tomorrow, April 15, the film's advance ticket that can be used as a DATA CARDDASS Aikatsu Planet! card will go on sale at the theaters.
