The Japanese TV schedule has been revealed for Sasaki and Miyano (known in Japan as Sasaki to Miyano), an upcoming TV anime based on the "boys' life" romantic comedy manga by Shou Harusono about a bad boy delinquent who develops a crush on his classmate who loves reading BL comic books.
The original Sasaki and Miyano manga is serialized by Media Factory (a division of KADOKAWA) in their pixiv Comic manga magazine, and an English language version is also available from Yen Press, who describe the story of the series as follows:
It all started like a typical old-school boys’ love plotline—bad-boy senior meets adorably awkward underclassman, one of them falls in love, and so on and so forth. But although Miyano is a self-proclaimed boys’ love expert, he hasn’t quite realized…he’s in one himself. Which means it’s up to Sasaki to make sure their story has a happily ever after…!
The Sasaki and Miyano TV anime is directed by Shinji Ishihira and features animation production by Studio DEEN. The series will broadcast in Japan according to the following TV schedule:
- TOKYO MX: every Sunday during the 24:30 time slot beginning on January 09, 2022.
- KBS Kyoto: every Sunday during the 24:45 time slot beginning on January 09, 2022.
- Sun TV: every Sunday during the 25:00 time slot beginning on January 09, 2022.
- TV Aichi: every Sunday during the 25:35 time slot beginning on January 09, 2022.

- AT-X: every Tuesday during the 22:00 time slot beginning on January 11, 2022, with repeat broadcasts on Thursdays at 11:00 and Mondays at 16:00.
Please note that some Japanese TV schedules count early-morning programming as late-night programming for the previous day, so for example the 24:30 time slot on Sunday evening is actually on Monday morning at 12:30am JST.
