Voice Actress Asami Imai to Release Her 7th Album "Balancing Journey" on December 22

 

 

The official website for voice actress Asami Imai has announced that her seventh album "Balancing Journey" is set to be released on December 22, 2021. It will be her first album will all new songs, including songs previously released digitally from the album - "Tangerine no Umi" (Tangerine Sea), "Eien no Uta" (Eternal Song), "Kamatteyo Femme Fatale" (Care about me, Femme Fatale), and "Heart Fragment."

 

The lyrics of the title song are written by herself. And one of the new songs in the album is composed by her fellow voice actress Kotori Koiwai (Renge Miyauchi in Non Non Biyori). She says on Twitter,  "I composed one of the songs for Asami Imai-san's 7th album 'Balancing Journey'! Such an honorable opportunity... I never thought it would come in my life...! It will be released on December 22! Imai-san's voice like a jewel! I hope you'll listen to it!"

 

While playing many popular characters, such as Chihaya Kisaragi in The Idolm@ster and Kurisu Makise in Steins;Gate, Imai made her solo singer debut in 2009 and has released and 20 singles and six original albums so far.
