Asaka Posts Music Video for Laid-Back Camp: Movie Theme Song "Sun Is Coming Up"

Anisong singer Asaka has posted a two-minute music video for her 12th single song "Sun Is Coming Up" to be released on June 29, 2022.

The cute pop tune will be featured as the opening theme for the forthcoming all-new feature film Laid-Back Camp: Movie to be released in Japan on July 1, 2022. This is the fifth time that she has collaborated with the Laid-Back Camp franchise, following "SHINY DAYS" (Laid-Back Camp TV anime first season opening theme), "Isn't It Fun?" (image song), "The Sunshower" (ROOM CAMP theme song), and "Seize The Day" (Laid-Back Camp sesond season opening theme).

The CD single will also includes her another new song "Say "I love you," with lyrics written by Asaka herself. She says, "'Say "I love you"' is a heartwarming and magnificent love song with the theme of 'eternal love.' I wrote the lyrics that can be received from the viewpoints of both men and women. I hope you will listen to it while thinking of your family, your lover, and your loved ones."
