Fans of the music of Neon Genesis Evangelion, get hype: composer Shiro Sagisu will be releasing a massive box set of his score for the upcoming final film!
The much-anticipated Evanglion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time finally hits next month. Less than a month later, we'll be getting Shiro SAGISU Music from "SHIN EVANGELION", a three-disc set containing all the music featured in the movie.
In addition to scoring the original Evangelion series and films and the other Rebuild projects, Sagisu has scored Bleach, Kimagure Orange Road, the modern Berserk adaptations, and SSSS.GRIDMAN. He is also due to return to score SSSS.DYNAZENON.
The first pressing of the soundtrack set will come with a collector's box, and specific outlets will have their own pre-order bonuses (such as a sticker set from Amazon Japan).
Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time hits theaters January 23, 2021. Shiro SAGISU Music from "SHIN EVANGELION" goes on sale less than a month later, on February 10. Pre-orders are now open on Amazon.jp, the Evangelion Store, and more. In the meantime, you can pick up vocal collection EVANGELION FINALLY to listen to your favorite tracks.
