    A Tokyo-based game software company Gemdrops plans to release "YuruCamp VIRTUAL CAMP," a new adventure game inspired by Afro's camping-themed manga YuruCamp / Laid-Back Camp , for PlayStation4, Nintendo Switch, Steam, iOS, and Android in the winter of 2021. It will be available in two editions - "Lake Motosu Chapter" and "Foothills Campsite Chapter."   In the virtual world, the manga's two main characters - Nadeshiko Kagamihara and Rin Shima - enjoy camping at Lake Motosu and the foothills campsite. You become Nadeshiko and spend time together with Rin in the "Lake Motosu Chapter." On the other hand, you become Rin to have a relaxing camping experience together with Nadeshiko in the "Foothills Campsite Chapter." During the camping, You can also take a picture with your smartphone phone and send it to the members of the Outdoor Activities Circle. Voice Actress Ayaka Ohashi to Hold Her First Arena Concert on May 1, 2021

    The official website for popular anime voice actress Ayaka Ohashi announced today that her next concert is set to be held at Makuhari Messe Event Hall (capacity: 9,000) on May 1, 2021. It will be her first solo concert to be held at an arena-sized venue in her six-year career as a solo singer. The largest venue to date is the National Convention Hall of Yokohama (capacity 5,002), where she performed in 2018 and 2019.   Ohashi is best known as the voices of Ran Shibuki in Aikatsu! , Uzuki Shimamura in The Idolm@star Cinderella Girls , and Saaya Yamabuki in BanG Dream! (and the drummer of the VA band for the show, Poppin'Party). All Eight Members of "Aikatsu 8 2020" Unit for New Project Announced

  To support the upcoming new project Aikatsu Planet! , the Aikatsu! franchise held an online poll to choose the eight members of the new unit "Aikatsu 8 2020"  from August 8 to September 6. The franchise's official YouTube channel has been announcing its members one by one since early this month, and its last member, Ichigo Hoshimaya , was finally revealed on November 30.    In the first TV anime, the original unit "Aikatsu 8" was formed twice. The members of the first one formed in 2014 were Mizuki Kanzaki, Mikuru Natsuki, Ichigo Hoshimiya, Otome Arisugawa, Yurika Todo, Seira Otoshiro, Sora Kazesawa, and Maria Himesato. Voice Actor Yuma Uchida Shows Off Fun Dance Performance in Dr. Ramune OP Song MV

    28-year-old voice actor Yuma Uchida has released a three-and-half music video for his next seventh single song "SHAKE!SHAKE!SHAKE!" on his official YouTube channel. The fun and lively song will be featured as the OP theme for the upcoming TV anime adaptation of Aho Toro's fantasy manga Dr. Ramune Mysterious Disease Specialist , in which he is also cast as the title role.   In the clip, Uchida has a fun-filled home party with the dancers who have worked with him in his live shows and previous music videos, and shows off his breathtaking dance moves with them.     The PreCure franchise's official YouTube channel has started streaming a 60-second teaser trailer for the upcoming film Eiga Healin' Good PreCure Yume no Machi de Kyun! tto GoGo! Daihenshin!!  ( Healin' Good Pretty Cure The Movie: GoGo! Big Transformation! at The Town of Dreams ). Yokohama's Walking Gundam Statue Takes Its First Steps for the Press

  The long-awaited "walking Gundam" statue of Yokohama has finally had its first press day, and it's looking just as impressive as promised.   We  gave you a look at the statue  back in September, showing off a couple of its moves as testing was underway. Super Nintendo World to Open in Universal Studios Japan on February 4

  Universal Studios Japan today announced that the previously delayed opening to Super Nintendo Land will now be happening on February 4, 2021 . The press release for the announcement showed off two of the areas that will be opening with the park, the Mario Kart - Bowsers Challenge - ride, and the inside of Bowser's Castle , which features a giant statue of King Koopa himself.         The Mario Kart ride is said to be AR, with goggles worn by each rider as they go through an on-rails ride.
