The Zoids Wild anime got a followup back in October with the debut of Zoids Wild Zero, which also happens to be the latest delay as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. This delay affects the broadcast of episode 33 and beyond for the time being.
There's currently no new date, but the series' return to broadcast will be announced via the official website when it's been decided.
